Abstract
Although human capital is made up of the abilities and potentials of man which individuals and organizations rely on and promote to achieve production targets, Industry 5.0 acknowledges the ability of businesses to solve peoples’ needs aside from job creation and advancement, to become a spirited source of growth by ensuring that industries respect environmental confines so as to put the welfare of the worker at the very heart of production. It is imperative that technological outputs be created with future societal values in mind, given that technological advancements fundamentally alter how value is created, exchanged, and distributed. This aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, which serve as a guide against poverty and safeguard the environment to improve conditions for human coexistence. The relationships between Industry 5.0, the UN SDGs, and Human Capital Analytics (HCA) are the main focus of this chapter.
