Abstract
Purpose
The important aim of the current work is to find the levels of engagement and organizational performance (OP). The study also focused on the features and concerns of employee engagement (EE) and OP and found their contribution to determining organizational success. The study is conducted to investigate whether there is any relation between EE and OP in determining organizational profitability and growth. Important aspects of the review also concentrated on determining the effect of employee potential on EE which will further lead to an effect on OP.
Design/Methodology/Approach
A review methods approach has been used and authors review relevant literature on the construction of employee potential, EE, and OPs. The authors recognize the factors and success drivers of the concerned concepts. Interpretations on EE and OPs by unlocking the employee potentials at different sectors using systematic review were extended.
Findings
The findings reveal that EE directly communicates the performances by validating the employee potential. The study has found that EE is the outcome of the employee potential if channelized and implemented as needed. It concludes from the previous research ...
