I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

IT IS MY SINCERE HOPE THAT YOU TRULY MAKE THE ICE COLD Leader Methodology your own to create massive impact on your life and the lives of those around you. There is nothing more important than leadership in this world. I believe that with every fiber of my being.
When there is no love, a leader will recognize it, find out why, and move people toward love. When there is no patience, a leader will exercise patience in the face of impatience and change the energy of everyone they come in contact with. Leaders move intolerance to tolerance, worthlessness to worthiness, despair to hope, ignorance to understanding, and sadness to joy.
You can do all of these things. We all can, but only if we work at it—only if we care enough to go through the pain of growth in all the aspects of leadership we have discussed throughout this book.
It won't be easy. It will take discipline and humility that is uncommon to the uncommitted. It will take a new mindset. But now, you know how to achieve that new mindset. It will take practice to figure out exactly what works for you. But now, you know how to practice. You know SMACCC. You know cold exposure. You can reflect back and see where you went right and where you went wrong. And now, you have that process and its five elements.
As my favorite quote in the world goes, “God will not look you over for medals, degrees, or diplomas, but for scars.” Welcome to leadership!
