ADDIE is a process model acronym that many instructional designers can recite in their sleep: a basic process model that outlines steps instructional designers should follow to create training. The steps are

• evaluate.

Let’s start with disclaimers about ADDIE. ADDIE defines steps in a process, a model for stages of creating curriculum or training materials. It doesn’t actually dictate the activities that happen at each stage, just what those stages are.
