So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Learning objectives
Upon completion of the case, participants are expected to:
- Analyse the impacts of overtourism on destination communities such as Venice.
- Reflect on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals framework recognising some of the gaps, implicit values, and critiques.
- Understand the role of tourism social entrepreneurs in mobilising the SDGs.
