At any moment, and throughout the world, hundreds of thousands of business school students are working on projects as part of their degree programmes. These projects usually have a practical orientation and many are company based. They result in reports for both the business school and, if there is one, the sponsoring company. The reports are taken very seriously by the students since they are a significant part of the degree and normally carry a heavy weight in the assessment procedures.
