I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Einleitung
Java – wer denkt da nicht an eine Insel, auf der es heiß und feucht ist, mit Vulkanen und viel Wald und seltenen Tieren? Du nicht? Auch ich musste mich erst im Lexikon genauer informieren, bevor ich diesen Satz da oben geschrieben habe. Wer Java mal gehört hat, denkt inzwischen wahrscheinlich eher an jene Programmiersprache, die irgendwas mit dem Internet zu tun haben soll. Und damit sind wir schon beim Thema.
Es war einmal eine Firma, die hieß Sun (wie die Sonne, nur auf Englisch). Ein Mitarbeiter dieser Firma namens James (wie der Butler) erfand eine Sprache und nannte sie »Oak« (was zu Deutsch so viel wie »Eiche« heißen könnte).
Dabei bediente sich James kräftig bei einer anderen Programmiersprache, nämlich C++. Über die ...
