Part 3Where to Go, What to Say, and Who to Meet

So many questions! Well, in this section you'll get answers too.

Networking is about knowing exactly what you want (more business, landing a job, social connections, learning, paying it forward, or solving a problem) so you can get to the right places, say the right things, and meet the right people.

That's networking!

But how do you know where the right places are, what you should be saying, and who you should be meeting?

That all comes down to attending the right events—like Chamber of Commerce gatherings, professional associations, and cocktail parties—and using online platforms like LinkedIn.

It also means being articulate as you're asking questions, delivering elevator speeches, implementing follow up strategies, and understanding the types of people you need to meet (and in some cases avoid).

And then there are people like Networking Nick. But I'll get to all of that.

There is definitely a strategy about where you should go, what you should say, and who you should meet when it comes to networking, and more importantly, being a knockout networker.

There's a lot to discuss here, so let's lace up the gloves and get started!
