Part 5Developing and Implementing Your Networking System
For any strategy to be successful, you need a system. In some cases, lots of systems.
Systems work!
A system is a process that is put into place so the outcome is an automatic. Kind of like your digestive system: you don't think about digesting your food; it just happens and you don't even think about it.
But you must think about networking and the systems that need to be put in place to make connections that lead to referrals happen.
So this section is all about your networking systems, including the “Four Phases of Networking” and how that system can help you be more confident, focused, and productive at events and more effective at developing relationships long‐term. I'll also share some ideas around goal setting, 90‐day deadlines, and how to create daily systems (or your Daily Fight Plan) to keep you focused on networking every day.
