Thus far, we have examined knowledge management under normal circumstances. In the light of the recent COVID-19 crisis, and before concluding the book in the next chapter on the future of KM, it is appropriate to examine KM during crises. Therefore, in this chapter, we review the role of KM systems and processes in crisis management.
