I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Show respect.
Fathers teach their children to respect other people, and they expect their children to treat them with respect as well. Showing respect is a great compliment: We are demonstrating that we see important attributes in that individual and hold him or her in high regard. Fathers understand the true value of the word. They have worked their entire lives to try to earn the respect of others, and along the way, they learned that it is not achieved, but earned. They want their children to respect people who deserve their esteem and to demonstrate that respect.
