I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Develop self-confidence.
Perhaps more than anything else, a father’s hope is that his children will go out in the world with confidence in themselves and in others. Fathers hope with all their hearts that they have taught their children everything they need to feel confident that they will be able to handle the challenges that lie ahead.
Personal and professional confidence can make the difference between a mediocre career and an outstanding one. Confidence in our strengths, abilities, determination, and so on lead to success. This conviction that I can do it helps us achieve.
