It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In Section 4, we turn to your role as a leader who wants to create business value. This starts with identifying, prioritizing, and planning for AIA opportunities in your business, which we cover in Chapter 11. Next, we turn to your role in transforming the organization so that these AIA-driven projects can succeed. This requires you to identify barriers within your existing organization (Chapter 12). Finally, we discuss how your organization may need to adapt in terms of people, data and systems, organizational structure, and culture to support AIA (Chapter 13).
