If you are not familiar with RGB values, the red, green, and blue light colors can be mixed to make any color combination. This is the same principle used by most, if not all, color display screens you have seen. TVs, mobile phones, and computer screens all mostly use this. LEDs use the same principle to produce many colors.
The amounts of each to mix are usually specified as three-number components. In this case, they are numbers ranging from 0 for absolutely turned off, to 255 for full intensity, with values in between for many levels of intensity. The colors are mixed simply by adding, so adding all of them at full brightness will make white.
