I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

MAKE CHANGE WORK PART OF DAILY WORK
People complain about having too much on their plate. Now you want to add change efforts to an already long list of daily to-dos? What if we flipped that belief? What if change work was also part of daily work? Don’t deal with change only through specially designed offsite meetings. Change work can also become one and the same as daily work. It’s on everyone’s agenda, every day. Daily work has been part of organizations since day 1.
