18.1.3 Known issues with standard reports
Here we discuss some solutions to try if you run into problems.
Problem 1
You tried to run a Logon Report for Multiple Courses, and receive an error
message. No data is returned. The error message is Unable to Process Report.
Solution
This issue is not a software problem. The Logon Report should not be edited. In
this case, it was changed to include a course or user selection. This did not work
and resulted in the error message.

1. In Reporter, go to Edit Reports.
2. Select Logon Summary.
