3.1 Introduction

Successful e-Learning deployment answers the learning needs of the whole

corporation and is not restricted to training or skill acquisition.

In this chapter, we briefly review the strategic and cultural perspectives of an

effective implementation of e-Learning with LearningSpace. We also explore the

benefits experienced by the corporation that fosters cultures of learning through
