3.5 Step IV: Transitioning to new roles
Remember that resistance by employees is a sign of perceived and real
objections, and is therefore both important and valuable. It is vital to understand
what resistance is and where it comes from if we are to work with it
and use it to
reach project goals.
There are two broad sources of resistance to new projects:
Lack of information about the project and its objectives.
