I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

8. BALANCE THE CELL CHARGES
When working with multiple lithium-ion cells,
it’s crucial to ensure that they’re all at the same
voltage. It’s likely that the cells you’ve collected
have varying voltages, and connecting them
without balancing could damage them.
To fix this, our custom PCBs come with pre-
installed resistors designed to automatically
balance the charge between all the cells! Once
the cells are balanced, we’ll modify the PCBs
to bypass these resistors so that the cells are
directly connected in parallel without any voltage
differences.
