I’ve gone with clear plastic boxes with dividers

(Amazon B08FGV643L). I put everything from

nuts and bolts to project parts in these, and move

them wherever I need them. Portability is great.

Have a storage “philosophy.” You could sort by

size, color, thread, or many other vectors, but I

sort by “category.” So the wheels are in the same

place, the screws, the grommets, and I can find

the type and size within that category. Choose a

scheme that will go the distance. Like choosing

your brand of battery hand tools, you’ll only get to

make this mistake once.
