It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

L’ouvrage de Jacques Fradin et Frédéric Le Moullec offre de vraies pistes de réflexion d’abord, d’action ensuite, tant à titre individuel que managérial.
Il permet de mieux comprendre les secrets de l’appétit pour l’action, du désir d’entreprendre ou « d’intraprendre » au sein des organisations, de dépasser, en ce domaine si crucial pour la vie de l’entreprise, le stade de l’empirisme, de l’alchimie… bref, de l’amateurisme !
Les auteurs décrivent en effet un réservoir presque inépuisable d’énergie humaine capable de mettre en phase l’individu et l’entreprise et battre ...
