It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
9 Governance factors
To ensure that IT outsourcing relations are properly contracted and governed, both the outsourcing organisation and the suppliers have to put effort in the relationship, in addition to implementing specific measures in their own organisation.
