I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
11 Compliance
Compliance is also having an impact on IT outsourcing. Any organisation has to structure and continuously change processes and IT services for evolving and increasing global legislation. Also, suppliers have to adapt their services to ensure that their entire portfolio is compliant. This required flexibility is in IT outsourcing contracts facilitated by change control clauses and in the relationship by the concept of trust. Both outsourcing organisations and the suppliers have to deal with this uncertainty.
