Transition Plan Draft: A Community Organization

This is an example of the planning process for one organization as they introduce the new CEO to their membership, staff, and community. It is important for a cross section of members and staff to participate in this planning process so that the new CEO is integrated into the organization with a full understanding of its operations, programs, expected outcomes, and current tactical plans. The CEO then can begin to take up the leadership mantel in a congruent manner with the history of the organization and the current needs and opportunities before him.
