I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
14 COMMUNICATE AND DOCUMENT CHANGES
Despite having a clear and precise idea of what your project will deliver, agreed to by all parties at the beginning of the project, it is inevitable that there will be changes. When this happens, you need to be certain that you take the opportunity to explain the new changes to everyone concerned. Communicating to stakeholders needs a different set of skills to extracting information from them.
