I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Positioning the solutions for specific industries
As noted earlier, the notion of industry and vertical solutions was introduced in Sure Step 2010, with guidance provided for solution positioning and delivery. From a positioning standpoint, Sure Step provides guidance on the business pain points for the customers in the given industry and vertical, along with the Microsoft Dynamics solution capabilities that align to the customer needs.
The December 2009 release of Sure Step 2010 introduced solution coverage in three areas—two industries and one horizontal or cross-industry.
