Waterfall-based implementation project types
To address the scale and complexity of the customer's implementation engagements, Sure Step offers the users the choice of three waterfall-based implementation project types and one waterfall-based upgrade project type. The focus of this section will be on the three waterfall-based implementation project types—Rapid, Standard, and Enterprise. The Upgrade project type provided by Sure Step will be covered in a later chapter.
