It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

To address the scale and complexity of the customer's implementation engagements, Sure Step offers the users the choice of three waterfall-based implementation project types and one waterfall-based upgrade project type. The focus of this section will be on the three waterfall-based implementation project types—Rapid, Standard, and Enterprise.
