I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Management of Competencies
Having provided our users with access to courses--through the process of authentication and enrolment--we can now think about how to manage their learning in terms of the skills and knowledge they have attained. Let us now focus our attention on competencies (https://docs.moodle.org/31/en/Competencies) and in particular the automatic management of competency frameworks in Moodle.
It is beyond the scope of this book to describe competency frameworks in detail but, in outline, they describe for instance:
