Single sign on
The resilience platform we are helping to develop contains a range of different features that no one platform supports completely. However, our business analyst has identified a number of different open source platforms that can support the various features required of this project. The content management part of the platform will be implemented in WordPress (https://wordpress.com/) while the courses will be managed in Moodle (see the preceding diagram).
Of course, WordPress and Moodle are two different applications each requiring a user to have their own login credentials. However, what we want to avoid is the user needing to log in to WordPress and then having to log into Moodle to access a training course.
