Course progress block

In this section, we will be working together to develop a course progress report. The courses being developed for the resilience project are based around a set of core competencies, depending on your role. In Moodle, we can assign competencies to teaching interactions. We can also enable completion tracking on courses (see https://docs.moodle.org/31/en/Course_completion_settings). This allows us to set learner goals. The following is a wireframe that demonstrates how the client expects the block to look in a course:
