I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Including the QR Code library
We will use a third-party library to generate the QR Code, rather than attempt to write something ourselves. The code we will be using is the same as that used in the QR Links plugin--see https://github.com/endroid/QrCode. This library is straightforward to use. Firstly, we need to include the code and, as in the QL Links plugin, I'm going to put the library in a new folder called thirdparty:
