Role renaming
Moodle's default names for roles within the course are very straightforward and intuitive, especially the roles of Manager, Teacher, and Student.
However, you may wish to rename the roles to correspond with the role names used in your organization. For example, a corporation may prefer the word facilitator instead of teacher and a student may be termed as team member or learner.
A cautionary note is in order here. If your organization has a number of courses, it is a good idea to make sure that the roles have consistent names and that you do not rename roles in every course. Maintaining consistency will help you avoid confusion and frustration.
