If you are an author, artist, doctor, or politician; in fact if you are in any profession that might lead you to the other side of an interview, this chapter will help you to learn some skills. So read this chapter but also read the preceding chapter on interviewing. If you are a doctor, businessperson, or lawyer, you should turn to the beats section and look at the medical, business, or legal beats. It never hurts to know what to expect from the interviewer when you appear on camera.
