So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
2 The Interviewee
If you are an author, artist, doctor, or politician; in fact if you are in any profession that might lead you to the other side of an interview, this chapter will help you to learn some skills. So read this chapter but also read the preceding chapter on interviewing. If you are a doctor, businessperson, or lawyer, you should turn to the beats section and look at the medical, business, or legal beats. It never hurts to know what to expect from the interviewer when you appear on camera. It is likely that most people in many professions will appear on camera to do an interview at least once in their career.
