HOW TO USE PARRY’S VALUATION AND INVESTMENT TABLES
Parry’s Valuation and Investment Tables is likely to be a feature on all valuers’ bookshelves. It provides a quick way of finding Years Purchase multipliers that can be used in various forms of valuation. A major benefit of using Parry’s Tables is that all the apparent stress involved with applying various formulae is removed. Trying to remember the formula itself and the correct way to work the formula out, to provide the years purchase multiplier can be a bit difficult.
