Develop the Habits of Courage and Self-Confidence

IN 3,300 STUDIES of leadership, reviewed by historian James McPherson, going back to 600 BC, the two most common qualities of leaders identified were vision and courage. First of all, have a clear vision or goal of your desired future, and second, have the courage to do whatever is necessary to achieve that goal or to realize that vision.
