I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

DEVELOPING THE ability to speak on your feet can accelerate your career by five or ten years. The ability to speak in public will contribute enormously to your overall confidence, poise, courage, and self-assurance. Learning to speak is an investment that pays off for life. And you can learn it if you want to learn it.
People who can speak in front of audiences are considered to be more knowledgeable, more intelligent, more competent, and more influential than others. When you stand up and speak persuasively, you are seen as being better informed and more articulate and having greater conviction than people who cannot speak in public.
