I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Congratulations on finishing the journey and making the projects in this book. Build upon the knowledge and experience you earned and create your own projects. You have the skills, commitment, and tenacity to implement a range of applications and autonomous hardware and software solutions.
Link together various automation ideas into a cohesive workflow. For example, when I ask my Pi to “Turn on the computer,” it incorporates the IR transmitter to turn on my external speakers and the Hue controls to turn on the desk lighting…and turns on my computer, of course.
Once you get more comfortable with the Python scripts used in the book, experiment by changing certain values, modifying routines, ...
