SSL VPN
For remote access roaming users, SSL VPN is the best solution. The SSL protocol provides confidentiality and authenticity over the public internet. SSL uses TCP 443, which is a non-blocking port for any ISP. To connect VPN, users need to type SSL VPN FQDN in the browser, for example, https://vpn.corp.com . Upon successful authentication, users can communicate with corporate IT resources. SSL VPN doesn't require installation and configuration of client software at the user end.
