Implementation Planning
We are now ready to discuss detailed implementation planning, Steps 6 to 8 of The Lewis Method. These steps are shown in Figure 8.1.

In the previous chapter, I wrote that people are inclined to jump from Step 1 of my model down to Step 9. When I can convince them not to skip the definition phase, they then want to jump from Step 2 to Step 6.
