So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
This chapter gave you a glimpse into the world of system administration. Some of the material presented in this chapter may be overkill for somebody administrating only a few users. For those administrating a large system, the responsibilities are far greater. However, all system administrators need to understand the basics for managing software, managing users, and making sure their system is secure.
