So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Both the notification-script and client-config-script will be executed on all Sentinels that have the option enabled in the configuration. For our email notification use case, we just need to enable notification-script on one of the Sentinels, because usually the events we are interested will appear on all Sentinels and only one email should be sent out.
The script should return 0 if the execution is successful. It will be retried up to 10 times if the return value is 1. If a script does not finish in 60 seconds, it will be terminated with a SIGKILL and will be retried up to 10 times. The script will not be retried if returning a value higher than 1.
