I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Mission grid analysis is loosely based on ideas developed initially within International Computers Limited during a business process re-engineering project in the 1980s and subsequently used successfully within several other large companies including Swiss Bank Corporation while the present author worked there. The first version of mission grid analysis was described by Graham (1998).
Graham (2006) provides a tutorial on business rules and relates them to service oriented architecture.
Carter (2007) gives a very clear account of IBM's Business Component Model approach. The best source of information on 8 Omega is at bpmg.org.
