Root Cause Analysis
A complicated root cause analysis requires more than just the application
of quality tools and a thorough analysis. Actions must be tracked, and
data need to be consolidated. A folder on a server with the investigation’s
reports and a tracking list for action items and results may be sucient for
a simple investigation in a small company.
