I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Redraw your relationship
If you live with a partner, retirement is going to have a big impact on your relationship. I’ve seen it cause disruption and even divorce, and I’ve seen it bring couples closer together. The way to ensure the latter is to think through the possible consequences together, and to draw up a new set of ground rules – oh, and keep it flexible because some things may not work out the way you expect. As with all good relationships, communication is going to be essential.
What will these new ground rules be? Well, that’s up to you, but I can give you an idea of the areas that I’ve observed often need to change. Perhaps the key one is the division of labour in the house, and this is trickier if one of you hasn’t been going ...
