It can be a bit daunting to read a book with 100 Rules for a happier more successful life. I mean, where do you start? You’ll probably find you follow a few of them already, but how can you be expected to learn dozens of new Rules all at once and start putting them all into practice? Don’t panic, you don’t have to.
