It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Das von uns als Metapher aufgestellte Troja-Prinzip kennt evolutionäre und revolutionäre Veränderungen (Abb. 15.1, vgl. Abb. 4.4 auf Seite 68). Die einzelnen Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung sind nicht bei jedem dieser beiden Veränderungsmechanismen angemessen. Wir möchten Coaching und Mentoring auch in diesem Zusammenhang betrachten.
