So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Content Overview
Chapter 1 “Quality Concept and Perspectives” contains four parts
that discuss software quality concepts, quality characteristics, valida-
tion and verification, reviews and audits. Most of the theoretical part
of this chapter is based on IEEE Standards such as IEEE 9126, 1012,
COBIT, and CMMI.
Chapter 2 “Management and Process” includes three major parts
concerned with software management, software life cycle, and life
cycle process.
Software management includes information governance, informa-
tion technology governance, overall strategic management, and data
governance; it also includes IEEE 12207 as the expert models for
software management. Part 2, “Software Life Cycle Models” includes
