I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Sometimes the content we need to explain requires a bit more effort than what I've described so far in this book. Simplicity and clarity are great first steps. Making the content relevant to the audience is also helpful. But if you're trying to teach a technical process or need to get into the nitty-gritty of a complicated subject, you may need to pull a few more supercommunicator tricks out of your bag.
