Closing a Message and the Mailbox

To close a mail message and return to the Inbox view, press the Esc key. To close the mail database and return to the Notes workspace, press the Esc key again. You also can use File, Close from the menu, but using the Esc key is much faster.

In this lesson, you learned to open and close your mail database and read and navigate through your incoming mail messages. In the next lesson, you will learn to manage mail with such tasks as deleting, printing, and using folders.
