Procreate Dreams is a 2D animation app but offers a few ways of integrating elements of 3D into what you create.
When Lotte Reiniger designed the first animation stand in the 1920s, it was more than a means of keeping her papercut animations separate in their movements from the background; it was a way of giving three-dimensional depth by having inches or feet separate the layers as they were photographed one frame at a time.
